Maya Masaoka to Attend USC Thornton

Meet 17-year-old violinist Maya Masaoka! Maya is a Guarneri Hall Junior Affiliate Artist. This fall, she will join the studio of Linda Bahn at USC Thornton School of Music, double majoring in music performance and marketing. Maya began playing the violin when she was three years old and has studied with Kirika Suzuki and Linda Rose. She has won first place in several competitions since 2011, most recently the Callie D. McGrath Competition.
