NEXUS Concert 4: Nocturnal Awakenings

Ganz Hall

430 S. Michigan Avenue
Chicago, IL 60605 United States

NEXUS Chamber Music Chicago logoGuarneri Hall is delighted to welcome NEXUS Chamber Music Chicago back to the Hall for its second season. With four concerts planned August 28th through September 6th, 2019, NEXUS has programmed a wide variety of chamber works, from standard classics to lesser-known pieces that justly deserve a place in the canon. Co-artistic directors Brian Hong and Alexander Hersh are joined by a roster of talented young musicians (a different group each week). Also, this year NEXUS has extended fellowships to two outstanding Chicago College of the Performing Arts students who will join guest artists on the programs.

Each NEXUS concert has a different theme. Concert 4 is entitled “Nocturnal Awakenings.” Note that unlike the other concerts, this one will take place in Ganz Hall, 430 S. Michigan Avenue, Chicago. There is no admission charge for this concert and reservations are not required, but we do recommend that you RSVP below on this page.
