Barbara Goff Executive Director, Guarneri Hall
A strategic business resource experienced with contributing in high-tech and other startup environments, Barbara Goff now brings her considerable talents to Guarneri Hall. Well-respected for designing and developing scalable business operations, Barbara advises board members and C-level leaders on growth objectives. As an international human resource consultant, Barbara works with organizations to establish thriving business operations positioned to scale as organizations expand. She is an expert in creating compensation programs, talent management and recruitment best practices, and identifying systems and tools that support sustainable growth. Barbara holds a Master of Science in Social Work Administration and a Master’s Certificate in HR Development from the University of Michigan–Ann Arbor and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and Rural Health Development from Southern Illinois University–Carbondale.
Barbara has a deep appreciation of music and its ability to transcend cultures. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to work toward expanding the reach and positive impact of classical music, both locally and internationally. Barbara is particularly passionate about helping young people to express their creativity, enrich their lives, and strengthen their sense of community through music.
