Chicago-based composers and artists join forces in Nova Linea Musica’s season finale! This concert features a Nova Linea Musica commission and World Premiere by Shawn Okbepholo for solo violin, written for Rabia Brooke. The Chicago-grown trio In Triplicate brings their compositional prowess to the stage with works developed, arranged, and performed by themselves.
Artists: In Triplicate – Jasmine Lin, violin; Clancy Newman, cello; and Nate Farrington, bass – with Rabia Brooke, violin and Chelsea Wang, piano.
Nova Linea Musica serves as a catalyst for the creation and promotion of new music through commissions, live performances, and the creation of exceptional audio and video recordings featuring dynamic emerging and established performers.
