Welcome Norma Núñez-Ruch

We’re thrilled to announce a new addition to our staff! Norma Núñez-Ruch has joined Guarneri Hall as Operations Director, bringing over 15 years of experience and advocacy in youth development, cultural programming, and nonprofit operations.

A native Venezuelan, Norma began her musical career as a violist in the country’s El Sistema program and served for over seven years in administrative roles at the National System of Youth and Children’s Orchestras and Choirs. Here in the U.S., she has held key roles at the Allentown Symphony Association, Ravinia Festival, and most recently as Operations Manager at SRBCC in Chicago. Norma was named a Ford Motor Company International Fellow of the 92nd Street Y in 2011 and has taught and coached youth orchestras in Venezuela and Spain. She holds a master’s degree in Cultural Management from Universidad Carlos III and is fluent in Spanish and English. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the National Guild for Community Arts Education.

We’re delighted to have Norma on our team! Be sure to say hello at your next Guarneri Hall event.
