The legendary Borromeo String Quartet closes Nova Linea Musica’s Season 3 with the world premiere of an NLM commission by Grammy-nominated composer Mehmet Ali Sanlikol, whose pluralist, multicultural voice has been praised by the Boston Globe as colorful, fanciful, and full of rhythmic life. The program features works by Shostakovich, Price, Shaw, and Kernis. Performing for 35 years at the world’s great stages, the Borromeo arrives for a season finale.

Nova Linea Musica serves as a catalyst for the creation and promotion of new music through commissions, live performances, and the creation of exceptional audio and video recordings featuring dynamic emerging and established performers.
