The official grand opening concert for Guarneri Hall will be a tribute to British composer Oliver Knussen, a towering giant of music in our time who passed away last July. Renowned composer Augusta Read Thomas will be the host for an evening of music by Knussen and key composers who influenced him, with a roster of performers from Chicago and beyond.
The event will be live streamed on this website for those who cannot attend in person.
