Django Reinhardt (1910-1953) pioneered guitar as a jazz instrument and left an indelible mark on the world of jazz. Guitarist Stéphane Wrembel is a Reinhardt specialist, renowned for his unparalleled breadth and depth as a musician, composer, and educator. His live performances are celebrated worldwide for their virtuosity and emotional range, and his steady stream of acclaimed recordings has established him as one of the most distinctive and original guitar voices in contemporary music.

Stéphane Wrembel brings his expertise and virtuosity to Chicago for the third annual Jazz@GH for a solo guitar set in the unique and intimate setting of Guarneri Hall.
